I hit the road this morning for another 4 miles. It took until the third Mile before my hip started hurting. It’s either getting stronger or the stretches I tried this morning work.

A 9:30/mile pace is not what I prefer, but it seems that is all I have in the tank. My first two miles were under 9:00 but it slowed right down after that.

Feelin’ good.

The next two days are for strength training and Sunday will be shooting for 7.5 miles with some mixed modal stuff about every mile or so.
